half those bands have sold out and play crap now. weezer used to be awesome, now they just suck (but i guess they are still cool to see live when they play the older stuff).

When I first heard of audioslave I thought, "DAMN THEM ALL!!" Because it's rage, but the old lead singer isn't with them. Once I listened to them, though, I have to say that Like a Stone has the best ****ing guitar solo I've heard all year. I can still love that rage-inspired rock that Audioslave is now so famous for.

...Chris Cornell isn't bad either.

they left center stage, man. i'm so glad, too because now other formerly similiar bands have the freedom to make music the way they like it. For example, Sum41. You'd have never heard anything like Hell Song, or Still Waiting. Both are kick-ass.

i used 2 think good charlotte was decent but it sux when good bands go maintstream, then everybody thinx they know all bout the band but they only know like one song, like with nfg, simple plan

AFI and The Used aren't hardcore at all, dude. Dish yourself up some SOAD, Rage, Saliva bla bla bla. I really don't even listen to REALLY hardcore bands at all, but those are some of the harder bands that I like.

AFI is just rock, and The Used is in a category I like to call Screamo.
