I have recently read a lot about the need for a wide board. I wear a size 11 boot and weigh 175 lbs. I enjoy freeriding, especially in powder when it's available. I am looking to buy a board and wondered if I needed a wide board. Is there a specific width I should look for? Is there an accepted height and weight that calls for wide?
