La Nina is supposed to bring heavy rain to Eastern Australia. We had our
last one in 98, and it sure did (during winter, unfortunately, so our ski
season was rained out, literally).
And the Mets keep indicating that a La Nina seems to be brewing, but so far,
absolutely no sign of it. We are in a 6 year drought, with a super-dry
spring so far, and no sign of it letting up.
