I don't like it for its realism, its controls, its characters, its point-structure, etc, etc. None of that has anything to do with it. I like it because it just looks so damn beautiful on a giant HDTV. Also, it sounds pretty great too. That said, are there any other XBox games (snowboard or otherwise) that I'm missing out on?

Other favorites include NFS:Most Wanted, Tiger Woods '05, and Dead or Alive 2.

If I wanted fun, I would (and do) bust out the NES or SNES. The XBox's job is to look pretty.

That said, however, all 4 of those XBox games are still a lot of fun. Actually, NFS: Most Wanted is probably my favorite game ever on any platform. Tiger Woods is really only fun multi-player, but it has a lot of "pick up and play" appeal, so I can enjoy that with just about anyone - even the gf! Dead or Alive is strictly pretty. The fun factor on that wears off quick.

As for SSX3, the game which started this post in the first place, I can play it for hours. I've lost sleep because of that game, and I suck at it too!

So, yeah, my tastes can vary... Wha'd'ya got? It's fifty-friggin'-seven degrees out. Even the snow in my freezer is melting! So I've got some time on my hands.

I was not impressed with SSX3's gameplay. I played it on Xbox, coming from being faithfully addicted to SSX Tricky, and it felt totally awkward...very, very nice looking though.

I remember when the PS2 was about to be released, and they had SSX as a launch title...omg...so nice for those times. :D

Edit: Forgot about SSX On Tour, uhh...it really makes use of the snowboarding art-culture. Very graphically pleasing, and felt a lot like SSX Tricky. Quite nice to play, I LOVED the blur when you turned on boost.
