Isn't that what any highback does? Bindings are just like boots, get the ones with the best fit.

Flows fit great, except the highback. All other bindings shape around your calf; the flows have a rectangular square protruding thing. There's no reason for it, and taking it out would make a much better binding.

totally agree.......almost feels like someone just pushing their fist into your calf. they need to work on their contour more. :)

I think it's like that because of the cable locking system, I think the highback has to be thick in that spot. I'm an adaptive instructor, and most of us use the flows and I've never heard anybody complain about the highback. Perhaps it's the boot/binding combo.
I went thru 3 sets of bindings before finding the right ones. Luckily Drake, Ride, Burton, etc all make great bindings so there's something out there for you.
i just got flow bindings a cupple months ago, did u try adjusting your forward lean, or maybee bend your knees more?
