Hidden track

The other day I purchased an album and in the booklet it has all the lyrics for the tracks and the last one says hidden track by it and does not appear when I enter the CD into my stereo. Any ideas how I get it?

whats the point in puting in a hidden track? if people can't find it then.. well its kinda useless... how did you find the track? i'd suggest puting it in your comp but you already found it...
